This is the privacy policy for Milner Mobility Limited and Milner Mobility Rentals Limited (trading as Milner Mobility), dealers in new, used and rental mobility vehicles.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised interference or disclosure and will utilise the most up-to-date IT technology in order to do so. Your personal information will be stored on an encrypted server with access restricted to staff who need to see the information. However, we cannot be responsible for losses that might occur and to the extent possible by law we exclude all liability for any misuse, interference, loss or unauthorised access that might occur with respect to your personal information.
Access to personal information by you
You are entitled to access the personal information about you that we hold. Access will be provided to you unless for any reason such access is not available by law.
If we think any request for correction of personal information is reasonable we will make the change. Otherwise if we are unable, for whatever reason, to make the change we will take steps to note on the personal information that you have requested the change.
