Push/Rock
The original and the best, the Sure Grip Push/Rock system, has become known for its comfort, precision and overall safety.
Unlike other hand controls styles, the push/rock system puts the operating handle in a vertical position; the driver eases the handle back to accelerate and pushes forward to brake.
This unique rocking motion allows full-range braking and acceleration with minimal hand travel while keeping the hand in a natural position.

Push/Pull
The Sure Grip Push/Pull hand control uses the same movement to apply the gas and brake as other Push/Pull controls.
However the pivot point is on the right-hand side of the wheel close to the handle, which allows for a shorter stroke and greater leverage.
In addition, the handle’s position is at a slight angle that makes a big difference to the driver.
The benefits include:
Less strain on fingers and thumb
Flexible hand positions for lower fatigue and cramping while driving
The ability for both hands to keep contact with the steering wheel

Push/Right Angle
Unlike other Push/Right Angle controls, the Sure Grip Push/Right, right-hand side, does not pivot or move when the accelerator is applied.
The pivot point for the Sure Grip control is on the right hand side of the wheel, and only the handle pivots.
A stationary main body has many benefits for the driver including:
Stationary brake rod
No “in your lap” issues
Extremely short throw

FeatherLite Electric
The Sure Grip FeatherLite hand control system combines all the benefits of the short stroke hand control design of traditional hand controls (above) into one of today’s most sophisticated and user friendly driving systems on the planet.
FeatherLite creates an electrical interface with your vehicle's acceleration system, that removes all resistance created by hard mounted accelerator rods and gas pedal resistance.
The result is dramatically more leg and lap room for the driver, combined with the absolute easiest acceleration possible.
Perhaps the most significant feature of FeatherLite is the built-in safety defaults. Being electronic, this hand control system allows for the driver/owner to determine which mode the vehicle will be operated in: OEM or Driving Control.
A patterned push of a button allows for the switching between driving modes, making the other mode inoperable, which assists in preventing unwanted usage of your adaptive driving device.
The FeatherLite Hand Controls System has been rigorously tested and meets NZ LVVTA standards.

Ergonomic Radial Accelerator & Brake Lever
The Ergonomic Radial Accelerator and Brake Lever is a quality hand control designed for operation with limited dexterity.
The choice of ergonomic palm or lever grip handle coupled with the ability to customise the handle weight and rotation totally personalises the product to the user’s individual strengths, preferences, and capabilities.
Palm Grip
The palm grip has a V-shape handle to rest your palm whilst driving. The rotation is smooth and perfectly balanced to your hand.
Lever Grip
The lever grip handle has a curved finish that allows your hand to rest on the handle as you turn your wrist to accelerate.

We are a registered, fully trained BraunAbility dealer. BraunAbility has a huge range of mobility equipment available including their class leading electric swing out seats. All of their equipment is built in house in Sweden to the highest standard and has some truly fantastic products. Please check their website to see if there is anything that we can help with.
We use Braunability and Q'Straint wheelchair restraint systems ranging from 120kg to 200kg with options both as rail fittings and as a solo pod style fitting. We also have Q'Straint and Dahl docking systems with weight capacities up to 200kg.
