Panels
Bare steel is cold, loud and unfinished. A full ABS panel kit turns a stripped van into a comfortable interior. All panels: Walls, ceiling, pillars and wheel arches, are thermoformed to the shape of your vehicle.
Walls
Each panel is thermoformed for that exact vehicle, so the ribs, the wheel arch and the window returns are accommodated perfectly. The panel fixes flat, sits tight against the body, and doesn’t rattle or move at all.
Consistent sheet thickness across the kit means panels sit flush where they meet.
Ceilings
The ceiling can be supplied with a ducting channel formed into the panel itself. Air runs the length of the vehicle behind the lining, so you keep the headroom, and there’s nothing for a hoist or a tall passenger to bump.
Lighting apertures, hatch cut-outs and grille positions can be pre-set. Wiring runs in the void above the panel and drops exactly where the fitting goes.

THE MATERIAL
Why ABS panels?
01
Durable
High impact resistance. Wheelchair footplates, hoist arms and loading gear can mark or tear other less durable materials.
02
Clean
A non-porous surface that takes a disinfectant wipe-down, helpful for any vehicle carrying multiple passengers in a day.
03
Holds its shape
Panels don’t swell, sag, crack or creep out of alignment in hot or humid environments.
04
Lightweight
A full lining kit is very light. This is important for mobility vehicles where other heavyweight adaptations are required.
