Welcome to the Connect Upfront
Our latest Ford conversion offers two options –
Drive from your wheelchair and switch to upfront passenger whilst on your journey. Our interchangeable front seats enable you to share the driving.
A dedicated Upfront Passenger solution. Enjoy travelling in the front next to the driver.
The conversion can seat up to four people, with up to two rear fold down seats (one is included as standard).
The conversion also offers exceptional interior headroom (147cm / 58”).

Fully Automated Tailgate and Ramp
Our Connect Upfront is designed with an automated tailgate and ramp, ensuring complete independence. The key fob opens the tailgate and ramp and you can safely enter the vehicle using the shallow ramp.
Once you are comfortably in the driver position, simply press a button on the dashboard or the key fob and the tailgate and ramp will close.
Our Connect Upfront is available with either a manual or automated tailgate and ramp.
Entering and exiting from the rear means you can park in a standard parking space and don’t need a Blue Badge parking bay.
Low, Anti-Slip Ramp
Our automated ramp is below 11 degrees, ensuring you can enter and exit with ease. The ramp is designed with an anti-slip coating, improving wheel traction in wet weather. The interior floor is also designed with an anti-slip material.
We can also fit bespoke solutions to secure any equipment or shopping.

Emits audible warnings when obstacles are detected behind the vehicle when parking, and also provides a visual display of the vehicle's distance from these obstacles.
Additional option
Internal Transfer
Transfer from your wheelchair to a standard driver’s seat. Enter the vehicle from the rear, secure your wheelchair safely inside the vehicle and transfer across to a standard Ford driver’s seat. This means you can enjoy travelling from an OEM seat without transferring by the roadside and can secure your wheelchair safely inside the vehicle without having to dismantle or lift it.
